The frame of the belt conveyor is not straight and the level of the frame is poor. The frame connecting the head and tail conveying gears must be straight, and the left and right levels of the frame must be consistent;

The accumulation of materials on the surface of the idler causes the poor rotation of the idler, or there are materials stuck on the surface of the idler. Dust or accumulation will cause the surface of the conveying gear to be uneven or eccentric, and deflection may occur;

The installation position of various parts of the conveyor must be correct, and the fixed bolts of the bearing and return idler bracket must not be loosened;

If the center line of the roller is not consistent with the center line of the conveyor, it can cause the deflection of the conveyor belt immediately. If the conveyor roller is deformed or the shaft is bent due to abnormal external force, the pulley may be eccentric, and the conveyor belt may also be inclined.

If the screw tension device is not adjusted properly or the gravity tension device is not running smoothly, it may produce deflection; at the same time, if the skirt, cleaner and other sliding devices are not adjusted properly, it may also produce deflection.

Conveyor belt mechanical joint method: generally refers to the use of belt buckle joint, this joint method is convenient and economical, but the joint efficiency is low, easy to damage, has a certain impact on the service life of conveyor belt products. In the joints of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant antistatic conveyor belt, this kind of joint method is generally used for products below grade 8 belt.

Conveyor belt cold bonding head method: that is, the use of cold adhesive to carry out joint. This kind of joint method is more efficient and economical than mechanical joint, so it should have better joint effect. However, in practice, because the process conditions are difficult to master, and the quality of adhesive has a great influence on the joint, it is not very stable.

Nylon is the trade name of polyamide. Nylon is commonly used in domestic conveyor belt. Nylon canvas has high strength, elasticity, flexibility and excellent adhesion function with rubber. Therefore, the belt core used as conveyor belt can give the conveyor belt better resistance to flexion fatigue and impact load. It is an early developed category of high strength fabric core conveyor belt. However, the elongation at break of nylon fiber is large, and the tape is easy to extend in application, which often brings inconvenience to the application. Although the later use of vulcanization after stretch shaping technology, the shortcomings of the larger elongation of the tape application gradually improved, but with the development of polyester canvas core, nylon canvas core conveyor belt gradually withdrew from the dominant position. Nylon impregnated canvas for domestic conveyor belt is generally represented by code NN, and its warp and weft are nylon 6 or nylon 66 fibers. According to the meridional fracture strength (n / mm), the strength formats are: 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500, 600, 630. The width (mm) formats are: 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, etc. Cutting resistant conveyor belt
