The main feature of TD type universal fixed belt conveyor is that the idler is installed on the fixed frame, and the frame is floor type. Therefore, it is widely used in metallurgy, coal, water and electricity, mining and other parts to transport bulk materials or finished goods. It can be used in a single machine, or combined with other conveyors to form a transport system. Structure composition: it mainly consists of conveyor belt, driving equipment, roller, idler, tension equipment, unloading equipment, etc.

Three feeding methods of screw conveyor.

(1) Gravity slide method. The rotation speed of the screw is low, and the material on the screw surface is affected by gravity far more than centrifugal force. Because the rolling material of the screw keeps sliding along the screw surface, the axial displacement is generated. The screw machine basically belongs to this principle. The compensation coefficient of screw conveyor based on this principle is the same, which is usually less than. Because of too much filling, the material does not slide down along the spiral surface, but is stirred by the spiral to make it fall over the spiral axis, and can not get a large axial velocity. Since the material of slow spiral is greatly affected by gravity, it can not be used in the environment of straight spiral or upward transportation with large inclination angle. The principle of slide down method is that although the twenty value is small and the transport skill is low, the materials are in the state of easy falling and easy to be squeezed. It is applicable to materials that are easy to caking and have high polishing ability. When receiving the standard screw, it can not only maintain a faster sliding speed, but also have a certain adaptability to the inclined transport (the inclination angle is the same, usually within 20 degrees).

(2) Push method. This method is applied to the unloading screw at the bottom of the silo. When the material diffuses through the screw, the static pressure of the granular material is relatively large, and the gravity of each material is far less than other effective forces (screw thrust, friction and static pressure). The resistance of this kind of helix is very large, it has to overcome the friction formed under greater pressure. As long as the nut does not roll (or roll slowly), the nut can move along the axial direction by using the rotation of the screw. The discharge screw at the bottom of the bin often receives the pitch screw, and the pitch at the outlet end is larger.


   

(3) Centrifugation induction method. It is used for straight screw conveyor with steep inclination, or any screw conveyor with high speed. Its characteristic is that the filling amount of materials is between two kinds. Under the high speed of screw, the effect of centrifugal force on loose materials is far greater than that of gravity and other external forces.
